• Closing deadline for all nomination entries is 11:59 p.m. PDT Friday, February 15, 2008.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• All nomination entries must be registered online and the Online Entry Form must be completed. Operating instructions and any additional supporting documentation may be emailed to lphillips@andrewseybold.com.

Products that require physical submission for evaluation must be mailed and delivered by Friday, February 15, 2008. Please print out and include the Online Entry Form with physical submission. Physical submissions should consist of only those components necessary for judging purposes. All devices and applications must be fully functional.

Every component of the submission must be labeled
with the following:

• Company Name
• Product Name
• Award Category
• Contact Name, phone number and email address

• Physical submissions may be returned if requested. Please include contact information and a return address label.
• ASI reserves the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation or not fully functional or working.
• Finalists will be notified by March 3, 2008, and will receive two invitations to Andrew Seybold's Wireless Dinner on April 1, 2008, at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists will be responsible for expenses incurred with travel and accommodations.
• The winners in each category will be announced at the awards presentation at the Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner on April 1, 2008. Under no circumstances will winners be disclosed before that time.
• The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate.
• All materials submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges.
• Reviews of submissions from finalists and winners will be published in connection with the awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain confidential or sensitive material in their entries as “not for publication.”
• Entrants, finalists and winners agree to have their company name, product or service name and description along with their company URL and logo listed on the Andrew Seybold, Inc. and Wireless Dinner website.
• All decisions by ASI are final; they cannot be appealed.
